Located on the front south facade, the nursery is a focal point, designed for the children of the community. By providing accessible childcare, and removing a key barrier to personal and professional growth.Adults have the opportunities they didn't have before.
LIVING SPACE
Living spaces are designed to foster connection, with open layouts that encourage families to come together. Each home features a private balcony or door, offering views of either the river or the park, creating engagement with the surrounding environment.
